The couch is absolutely perfect and incredibly comfy! Support team was super responsive.
Very comfy sectional. The design is timeless, it fits my home perfectly and I’m so glad I bought it!
Okay so I needed a new sofa for my apartment and I was kinda skeptical ordering something this big online. But seriously, this sectional is amazin. The cloud feel is for real, like its super plush and comfy, me and my partner practically live on it now. The black color is deep and looks real sophisticated, blends right in. The chaise part is my fave cause it has storage underneath which is perfect for blankets or extra pillows. Assembly was a bit tricky solo, but I figured it out, tip for others, make sure u line up all the parts before u start tightening screws, saves a lot of hassle. The delivery guys were good, brought everything inside even with my stairs.
Assembly was easy. The fabric is soft and cozy. It's worth buying. I'm very pleased.
The packaging is perfect. It looks the same color as I expected. It's very comfortable and feels solid. Good for the price.
I honestly cant believe how easy it is to change the shape of this thing. One day its a big L, next day its more like a lounge setup. The fabric feels really good, not cheap or scratchy.
The seating is very deep compared to standard sofas and i love that a lot. The best part for me is that all of the covers are machine washable. I highly recommend this sofa.
Amazing experience! The customer service is second to none. And the quality is superb. Everything was packed securely and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!
That it’s a beautiful couch that was easy to assemble. I guess it’s good for your money & Good for an apartment sized couch.
Very satisfied with the purchase.
The couch is exactly as described! Very large and comfortable. Buckles are included, so you can arrange the couch in any way.
Nice couch, very comfortable.
One concern of mine was having a white couch. We do not have any kids or dogs but a white couch is still a bit of a gamble. However, the material is very easy to clean. It was relatively easy to put together after we figured everything out. I would definitely say you need two people to do so. Turning it into a bed and making a little nest for movie watching is one of our new fav weekend activities. The couch is very comfy and has been approved by all ages in the family!
The sofa is everything I hoped for. Would recommend.
