Frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Visit our FAQ page or email info@divandreams.com.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, international locations, PO Boxes or APO addresses.

How are the modular sofas shipped?

Free via FedEx or UPS from our US warehouses. Each module is packed in its own box, and most boxes weigh roughly 35–85 lbs depending on the piece. You'll get a tracking link by email.

Do I need tools to assemble the sofa?

Only a screwdriver to attach the legs. Fitting the covers and connecting modules needs no tools.

Can I buy individual pieces to expand my sofa?

Yes. All of our modular collections are customizable — add modules any time to grow or adjust your layout.

What is your return policy?

You can return a complete order within 30 days of delivery as long as every box is still sealed and unopened. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable. Damaged or defective items are always covered free of charge. Full return policy

Are the covers really machine washable?

Yes. Every cover unzips fully and machine washes on cold/delicate. Hang dry only. We recommend washing covers separately and avoiding bleach or whitening detergents.
