Warranty Information

Some of the sofas we sell come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. Please check the individual product page for specific warranty details for each sofa.

However, this limited warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear: Regular use that leads to wear over time.
• Comfort preferences: Personal preferences related to firmness or comfort.
• Physical damage or misuse: This includes dents, nicks, stains, alterations, or structural damage caused by mishandling or improper use.
• Upholstery materials: Damage or wear to fabric, leather, or any other upholstery materials.
• Cushion wear: The natural softening or flattening of cushion foam and fibers, considered normal with use.
• Solid wood damage: Issues caused by misuse, such as exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.
• Non-defective components: Replacement is limited to defective parts only. If a multi-component piece is purchased, only the faulty part will be replaced.
• Previously used or discounted items: Furniture sold “as is,” “distressed,” “floor samples,” “second-hand,” or under similar terms indicating it is not new or first-quality.

This warranty ensures our products meet high standards while outlining what is considered normal use or conditions outside the warranty’s scope.
