Every sofa, sectional, armchair, and ottoman we sell is covered by our Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. If something fails because of how it was made, we'll repair it or replace the affected part at no cost to you.
What's covered
Frame, legs, and connectors — 5 years The internal frame, wooden legs, and the buckles or clips that join modules are covered against structural defects in materials and workmanship for five years. If a frame cracks, a leg mount splits, or a connector breaks under normal household use, we replace the affected module.
Cushions, fill, covers, and zippers — 1 year Seat and back cushion inserts, foam and down-blend fill, fabric covers, seams, and zippers are covered against manufacturing defects for one year. This includes seams that separate on their own, zippers that fail under normal use, and fabric flaws present from the factory.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear — the gradual softening or flattening of cushions, fabric pilling, thinning, or creasing that comes with everyday use
- Fading or discoloration from sunlight, heat, or environmental exposure
- Stains, spills, odors, and pet damage, including scratches, chewing, and fur-related wear
- Improper cleaning — damage from cleaning products, hot-water or high-heat washing, bleach, or dry-cleaning solvents
- Comfort preferences — firmness, seat depth, or feel that doesn't match your expectation
- Physical damage or misuse — dents, tears, water damage, or structural damage from mishandling, overloading, standing or jumping on the sofa, or using it outdoors
- Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than DivanDreams
- Commercial, rental, or non-residential use
- Items sold as-is, as floor samples, or as open-box or discounted seconds
How claims work
- Email info@divandreams.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos (or a short video for structural issues).
- We'll reply within one business day and, if the issue is covered, arrange a replacement part or module. Because every sofa is modular, most claims are resolved by shipping a single replacement piece rather than a whole sofa.
- Replacement parts are shipped free within the 48 contiguous states. If the original module or fabric is no longer available, we'll provide the closest equivalent.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. It covers repair or replacement of the defective part; it does not cover refunds, labor, or consequential costs. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
