Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Fridays, during weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free on all orders. You can also receive expedited processing on select models for an additional fee.

Orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

DivanDreams is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

DivanDreams is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods for the claim process.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery

We make every effort to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If we are unable to validate the address, we will contact you to provide a corrected one. If an address cannot be updated, your order will be canceled and refunded.

DivanDreams is not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We cannot recover packages shipped to an invalid address.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If your shipment is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately at info@divandreams.com. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and may involve local law enforcement if necessary. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to be completed. Once the matter is resolved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
