good product very high quality

really happy with the product took a little while to figure out how to build it all but could not be happier! so so soft and soo soo comfy! perfect for what I was looking for

only complaint would be the difficulty with delivery was only told on the day it was arriving and was not easy for me to get home to see it in on the day, if there was better tracking on deliveries would've been amazing but other than that no complaints at all!

The armchair looks great! I'm so happy with my purchase. I decided to go for a custom corduroy fabric so, as expected, it took a bit longer to arrive since they had to make it. It came in a small box compressed with two wooden boards, very good packaging. It had some folds (you can see in picture) as soon as I opened that are now gone after using it for a bit.

The couches and ottomans arrived very fast (less than 4 days). They are well built, comfortable and look just like the photos.

The quality of the chairs are great. The foam is sturdy and after using them for a bit they break in very nicely. The fabric is of good quality and the upholstery work is nicely done.

The shipping was quick and the chairs were packaged nicely. They took a little bit of time to expand and the fabric must be steamed to get rid of the wrinkles.

Firm, just take out of box, easy, comfortable, stylish. I want to note that when unpacking on the fabric there are creases, but with time they go away, or if you immediately use a steamer - it's not a problem :)
